Precision Machining

At Delaware Metals, we utilize 13 CNC machining centers with travels up to 50” and 8 CNC turning centers with capacities up to 16” diameter to handle all of your precision machining projects, big or small.  We also have four CNC rotary indexers ready for accurate positioning of all your radial features. 

While we do have the capacity to do large work with great precision, it’s the little things that set us apart.  We inventory a supply of drills and endmills down to .0110” and have the skill and equipment required to use them.  If you have something small on your mind, let us know and we’ll bring it to life.

Precision equipment is not worth much if you can not verify that the work is correct.  Delaware Metals’ Quality Assurance manual and procedures were established to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Standard.  We are ISO certified through registrar Underwriter Laboratories, since 1998, and were able to be registered to the current standard less than a month after its release.  We incorporate a full inspection lab with a complete array of measuring equipment that is calibrated and certified to NIST standards.
